By downloading or using AlarmGo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

AlarmGo provides alarm notifications for calendar events on your iOS device. The App accesses your local calendar data to display events and allow you to set customized alarm reminders.

3. Subscription and Payment

• The App offers a free version limited to 3 active alarms
• Unlimited alarms are available via auto-renewable subscription at $1.99/month. Prices may vary by region. Pricing listed is for US subscribers.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that alarms will always function due to iOS limitations, device settings, or other factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for missed events or appointments

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masson Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Masson Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
